Company Policy

The following are our standard policies that apply only to products you directly purchase from the DoonneyS’ website. Together with these terms and conditions, DoonneyS’ invoice is the exclusive agreement between the customer and DoonneyS.com. Concerning subjected products, this agreement may not be explained and supersede all preceding or coexistent proposals, conditions, representations, warranties, oral or written understanding, and all other communications between DoonneyS’.com and customer.

Standard Purchase Agreement

Our terms and conditions govern the sales transaction between DoonneyS.com and customers, and so by purchasing any product with us, you agree to all terms of services listed here.

These are some of the vital information that we would  love to share with you regarding the purchase of any product with DoonneyS.com:

  • ORDERING: An order cannot be accepted until a valid payment for the order is made. At DoonneyS.com, we don’t accept phone or mail orders, so all orders will be placed online via our site using the online ordering method.
  • PROCESSING: From the time of order placement, all the orders will take 24-72 hours to be processed. Holidays and weekends are excluded when processing or shipping our products unless stated otherwise. It takes three full business days (72 hours) to process and ship orders not labelled Same day shipping. But for the Same day shipping orders, all stipulations placed are for the orders labelled as Same Day Shipping. Note: Business days exclude HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
  • ORDER STATUS: DoonneyS.com will keep you informed on the status of your order via email. And once the order is accepted, processed, and enter the shipping phase, we will email you the tracking number for your records. Also, by logging into your DoonneyS.com, you can obtain your order status -click on the order status to get that information. But this may not apply to international customers who will have to wait for the orders to reach the shipping destination to receive tracking information.
  • BACK ORDERS: In case of an inventory discrepancy, we will cancel the items in your order as soon as we’re notified. All refunds and any shipping fees, applicable taxes, or/and fees will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Note: If the whole order gets cancelled due to back-ordered items, we will refund shipping fees; other than that, the shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • CANCELLING: If you send a cancellation request for your order, the request will, therefore, be viable and processable if, at the times of request, the order hasn’t been shipped. To make your cancellation request, send an email during business hours to sales@doonneys.com). Once your cancellation request is accepted and the order cancelled, your total payments will be refunded back to the original payment method.
  • PROMO CODES / COUPONS: Our promo codes are located on DoonneyS.com or supplied via email upon availability. These promo codes are occasionally furnished and have to be entered/used during the checkout process. The codes may include item discounts, free gifts, free or discounted shipping, etc. Each promo code comes with an expiration date, terms and conditions for use, and other stipulations. The code itself will represent the promo code, and to be viable, the order total must be more than the code/ discount offer, and the code is not redeemable for cash.
  • PRODUCT LISTINGS: Despite our aim to strive for accuracy while doing our product listing (product-related information, i.e., item description, pictures, etc.), still human error and other determinates that may occur. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. But if these errors occur, DoonneyS.com shall have the right to refuse at its sole discretion. We can cancel any order for the alleged product and instantly amend, remove and/or correct the inaccurate information. Additionally, we do NOT assume responsibility for any representations and/or claims made on any hyperlinked sites. We only include hyperlinks as an extra source of information for those customers looking for extra information.
  • PRODUCT REVIEWS: DoonneyS.com reserve the right to deny or approve any review. Therefore, all reviews have to be reviewed first before being approved and posted on our site. The terms below can be changed at any time without notice. A review can be denied because of the following reasons:
  • Use of abusive language
  • Posting illegal content
  • Invasions of personal privacy
  • Including references to other resellers or stores
  • Comments on products that were either misused or physically damaged.

Standard return policy

You can return any items* purchased at DoonneyS.com within:

  • 21 calendar day” from the date of delivery for the Canadian customers, and
  • 30 calendar days” for international customers.

This applies only to items* covered by our standard return policy.

Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all product returns.DoonneyS.com will email you the RMA form once you have submitted a return RMA request. And the Standard Return Policy applies in the following categories:

  • General Merchandise
  • Hair, Braiding, Wigs, etc.
  • Hair Products
  • Hair Tools

Items* that are not eligible for return to us will be sent back to you but at your expense.  Products not eligible for return include:

  • Used or worn products
  • If a product is return after the return period has elapsed
  • Products not purchased from DoonneyS.com
  • If a product is returned without accessories, original packaging, etc.
  • Products bought but were categorized in Buy One Get One Free category
  • Incomplete products with missing parts or pieces
  • If a product shows/has any cut, changed, painted, processed, physical damage, etc.

The additional policies that govern product return are:

  • The items returned should be 100% resaleable
  • The return policy will be considered breached if a product returned will be in unsatisfactory condition.
  • In this case, the policy is breached; DoonneyS.com reserved the absolute right to reject the entire return or impose a restocking fee.
  • The insurance of delivery and the shipping fee of a product being return to DoonneyS.com is the customers’ responsibility. Therefore, by choosing to return the product once purchased, you agree to this policy.
  • The emailed RMA will contain restocking fee percentages regarding the condition in which a product was returned.
  • For returned products, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.

NOTE: FINAL SALE products are not eligible for return.

DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEMS: A customer has 5 calendar days from the day of delivery to contact DoonneyS.com via email with pictures as proof if they receive a wrong or defective item. Failure to do so within 5 days, this offer becomes null and void. Notification made within those days will be inspected, and appropriate steps initiated.

If we conclude that you received a defective or wrong item, we will take the following steps:

  • For Canadian customers only, we will send you a pre-paid label to return the items
  • For international customers, we will ask you to find the lowest shipping cost possible and place your item together with the receipt in the return parcel. Your postage fee will be reimbursed.
  • As soon as we receive the item, we will either give credit, issue a refund or ship the correct product.
